Meeting Rooms & Small Gatherings

Meeting Room

$40/hr - Seats up to 12 people.

Meet with clients, collaborate with a team, or host a small gathering in this space. Wifi is available and the space is equipped with a screen for presentations as well as two whiteboards for brainstorming! The space is yours for the time booked, so feel free to move things around to accommodate your booking needs for your meeting, photo shoot, conference call etc.

Not available outside of business hours, unless otherwise requested.

Event Space

$100/hr weekdays $125/hr weekends

Available for rent weekday evenings and open availability for rent on weekends.

Our space comes with full private access to our main floor event space with washrooms, a kitchenette (coffee maker, microwave, fridge) and space for lounge seating as well as sit down for approximately 50-60 guests. Parking is available in the back (approx 10 spots give or take) and street parking. You will have your own access to the space but will book a walk through the week of your event for key pick up and space run through. We do not cater but you are welcome to bring in your own food or cater in and we can assist you with some options if needed. Sound system and wifi included in the space, projector and screen add on for an additional $20.00.

  • Yes, parking is available at the back of the building. Our parking lot has 8-10 spots and parking is based on a first-come first-serve system. There is also free street parking in the surrounding areas and a paid Indigo parking lot.

  • You may have and serve alcohol at your event at TableSpace as long as your permits are approved. To be approved, you will need the following:

    • A letter of authorization from TableSpace which includes the floor plan (just ask us for one!).

    • An approved Social Occasion Liquor Permit from the Liquor, Gaming and Cannabis Authority of Manitoba (LGCA). The fee for the application is $25.

    • An approved Special Events Permit from The City of Winnipeg.

    It's recommended you apply at least 14 days before your event. Your permits will be emailed to you when they are approved. Ensure you show your permit to a TableSpace representative.

  • Yes! As long as you use paint safe tape and you clean up after use, you can make the space your own for your event.

  • Your booking should include your setup time. Additional time is subject to a charge.

  • Renters are responsible for cleanup after their event. Booking should include time for cleanup.
